I feel that
instead of using a tagline for my film poster, I would use a quote from my
magazine that I am going to create after the film poster. This is because I
believe that my film poster can be linked to my magazine and will feature on my
magazine aswel. This would just create more of a link between the two and allow
the film poster to become more realistic as it already has a review. Here are a
few examples of some quotes I have come up with.
“Full Of Surprises, Be
Ready For The Unknown!”
- This quote has a combination of what to expect in the film and informing the audience to watch the film aswel. A surprise is something most people would love to hear as most of horror films are full of this. The second part of the quote engages the target audience more encouraging them to watch the film itself and to be ready for the unknown. The word unknown could be anything, so the target audience could be left asking themselves questions as they would not know what this is.
‘’A Film Not To Be
Missed”
- A short simple quote telling the audience little detail as possible. This is specifically to encourage the target audience to watch the film and not to miss out on a great experience.

“Exactly What You Would
Expect In A Horror Film, Just Don’t Get Too Terrified”
- Again, the same as the first quote, having the same effect by giving a little preview of the film saying it is ‘terrifying’ to watch and telling the target audience it is everything to expect in a horror film.

The final
review I have come up with is “A Slasher Movie Full Of Surprises, Must Watch!”
- Fear Magazine. This quote is a combination of the ones above which supports
my genre I have chosen Slasher. It would also encourage the audience to watch
the movie on the second part of the quote.
